Director of Portfolio Management Research – for a prominent health care corporation. Preparation of economic forecast and asset allocation studies as it relates to all assets managed by Treasury Services Division to determine asset allocations and strategic decision making. Direct the development and maintenance of electronic library for sector, industry and security research. Direct the compliance and reporting activities for operating assets. Manage ongoing investments and provide financial analytics. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. MBA is highly preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years experience in an investment related field, such as banking, economics or finance. A minimum of three years of this experience should be in portfolio management over site is preferred. Chartered Financial analyst (CFA) preferred. Salary up to $135K.

Compliance Manager
– for a prominent health care corporation. This role will be responsible for leading 5 to 8 compliance monitoring staff members who will conduct ongoing reviews of the company’s Medicare Advantage and Part D Medicare drug programs’ compliance with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulations. You will drive the development of an annual work plan of proposed monitoring reviews based on a risk analysis and interviews with various levels of management. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Master’s Degree in related field considered a plus. 5-10 years of experience in related field, including experience in a leadership role. Experience with CMS regulations and the development and execution of compliance monitoring reviews required. Experience with Medicaid and other non-CMS regulatory agencies would be helpful. A background in audit (including a CPA) would be a plus. Salary up to $100K.

Health Care Compliance Specialist
– for a prominent health care corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of legal and regulatory requirements throughout the enterprise (e.g. Medicaid, FEP, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug, requirements in accordance with CMS). You will consult with business areas and other subject matter experts to identify compliance requirements, assess risks, and recommend compliant solutions that support business goals. You will act as subject matter expert on applicable regulations (e.g. HIPAA, Medicaid, and Medicare, etc.), training and awareness programs, and all compliance-related inquiries. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; MBA preferred. 3+ years in related health care field; can include experience in technical/systems, information security, compliance, audit, and/or risk assessments. Medicare compliance experience is required. Working knowledge of Medicaid, FEP, or federal regulations related to Medicare Parts C and D, or advanced knowledge of risk assessment concepts and GAAP. Salary up to $70K.

Financial Risk Management Analyst
– for a prominent health care corporation. In this role, you will identify the risks to assets and earnings of the organization from various hazard exposures, assess these risks, and work to implement financial solutions to mitigate these risks. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. CPCU or ARM designation is preferred. 5+ years of insurance carrier, broker, or risk management experience is required. Specific experience with large account risk financing or risk management experience is preferred. Knowledge of insurance principles and practices with a background in risk management and risk financing is required. Knowledge of tort law and contracts is required. Salary up to $65K.
