Our client, an expanding regional public accounting firm, has asked us to locate a Senior Auditor, with solid experience in auditing for financial institutions, for their offices in the Detroit-Metro region.
In this role, you would be responsible for planning and completing audit engagements primarily for financial institution clients, including preparation and review of financial statements and management reports. You would assist directly with engagement planning, client interaction, and staff oversight.
Base salary is up to $65K plus benefits.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
* 3+ years of Credit Union and/or Bank audit experience
* CPA/CIA preferred
* Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* ProSystem Engagement experience a plus
* 30% travel to include local, regional, and national
