Arthur Gluzman is the Managing Partner of Global Recruiters, Inc. headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Formerly trained by one of the largest search firms in the country, Arthur has spent several years conducting multi-level financial searches enveloping a myriad of disciplines: banking, automotive, construction, entertainment, financial institutions, healthcare, high technology, insurance, leasing, manufacturing, oil & gas, retail, service, software, telecommunications, transportation, and utilities.

A graduate of Michigan State University, The Eli Broad School of Business, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an accounting concentration in 1993. Arthur commenced his career with a Big Five firm in 1994 and in executive search in 1996.

Carl Norris
Managing Partner - Global Consulting, Inc.

Carl Norris is a native of the Detroit Area. He graduated from Cranbrook Schools and went on to graduate from Morehouse College with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance.

Carl spent the next fifteen years honing his skills in Accounting and Finance with notable organizations. He held various key positions over these developmental years: Corporate Accountant, Commercial Loan Officer, External Auditor, Controller, and CFO.

In 1996 Carl ventured into the world of Staffing with one of the premier staffing organizations in the world providing top level Accounting and Finance resources on a contractual basis.

In December of 2000 Carl joined forces with Mr. Arthur Gluzman to form the Global Consulting team. As a Managing Partner Carl oversees the contractual and temporary staffing division, where they specialize in accounting, finance, and administrative professionals.
