While it’s likely we reached out to you on behalf of our client, the moment we begin a conversation, our focus shifts to you and your needs. Our process starts with taking the time to understand what you want in your next opportunity. If the opportunity we reached out to you about works for you and you for it, that’s great. Often times, that’s not the case. In those instances we get to work on putting together a strategic plan that includes outreach to the right hiring managers on your behalf. We promise to work very closely with you to make sure you are presented properly and can effectively communicate your value proposition.
